Most firms split services by the kind of thing being carried. We split ours by distance, because in Devon that is what actually changes the job — a move across Exeter and a move to Yorkshire need different vans, different crews and a different plan.

Packing and materials
Full pack, part pack, or just the fragile end of it. Wardrobe cartons, proper glass and picture boxes, and labelling by room so the unload makes sense.
Rural and coastal property moves
Farmhouses, cottages, anything up a lane or down a set of steps. We shuttle with a smaller vehicle where a Luton cannot get near the door.
Storage between moves
Containers when the chain slips or the dates will not line up. Inventoried in, inventoried out. Ask early so we can hold the space.
Clearance
Taking away what you have decided not to keep — the flat-pack, the shed, the bags of packing material after the move.
Small commercial moves
Offices, studios, treatment rooms and shop fit-outs. Devon runs on small independent businesses and they move like households with more cable.
Single awkward items
A piano, a safe, a workshop machine, a garden bench nobody can lift. Some of these need proper kit — we will tell you which before we book it.
These sit alongside a move rather than instead of one, so they get quoted as part of the job. If you only want one of them on its own, say so and we will price it that way.
